Review

Prior to receiving this product I had never heard of a "Massage Stick" before but I had dealt with "Live Infinitely" as a seller before and I knew their product were great. So I was excited to try this out as I do get a lot of sore muscles and as great as my husband is he just sucks at getting the right spot so I hoped this would help.I have to say when I first got this product I was a little doubtful that it would work, I mean it looked silly and not what I'd expect a massager to look like and it was plastic so i was a little skeptical at how well it would hold up to pressure. But I went into it with an open mind and started using it on a few key areas where I tend to get really sore muscle (Neck and Back).

The product itself felt like the perfect length at 18 inches it didn't feel overly long or bulky, The handles are a soft rubber that's ribbed to conform to your hands perfectly. As I used the product it didn't seem to slip out of my hands at all so the rubber really helps provide a nice grip without the chafing feeling you usually get as this rubber is gentle to your skin. One thing that I was really worried about with the massage stick being plastic was that it would squeak like those plastic toys that kids have? But to my surprise this was completely squeak free. The massager rolls smoothly over your skin without pinching it between the rollers which is great. Although use on areas with excessive hair is not advised as the hair can be pulled in this case just use over clothing or a towel/blanket and ensure long hair is tied back when the doing neck area.

I used this massager mostly on my neck and back because that's where a lot of my muscle pain is located. With the roller comes a little instruction packet that shows you a lot of different way that you can use this product with many different areas of your body like legs, lower back, arms, neck, shoulders and upper back. I found that some of these would be hard to do by yourself unless you are overly flexible. For me I have no problems doing my arms, legs and neck but the other areas I can't reach as well to really get a "deep tissue" massage going on. Which is the only con I really have for this product but that's more of a personal thing. Someone who is much more flexible then I am may be able to do these positions more easily then I can. I usually just get my husband to do my upper and lower back as he can really get into the muscles that are sore better then I can which seems to work well.

Overall I really enjoyed using this product I can use it on myself and other people. It really works to relieve the stress of sore muscles and I found that using this massager pre workout really helped to make my muscles less sore when the workout was finished. It's great to carry in your gym bag or on the go which means that you don't have to deal with sore muscles when you're out and about. This massager is great for a quick fix massage.
